  1. Check-In and Check-Out
    •  Check-In Time: Guests must check in at or after 1:00 PM.
    •  Check-Out Time: Guests must vacate their room by 11:00 AM.
    •  Identification: Valid identification (e.g., passport, driver's license, Aadhar Card) must be presented at check-in.
    •  Deposit/Payment: A security deposit or prepayment may be required upon check-in.
  2. Room Usage
    •  Occupancy: Only the registered number of guests is allowed in the room. Exceeding this may incur additional charges.
    •  Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or property during their stay.
    •  Smoking Policy: Smoking is Strictly Prohibited, Non-smoking rooms must be respected.
    •  Pets:No pets are allowed, without the written permission of the Hotel
  3. Behaviour and Conduct
    •  Noise: Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing others, especially during designated quiet hours (e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
    •  Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, disruptive behaviour, or any action that endangers others is strictly prohibited.
    •  Respect for Staff and Guests: Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  4. Use of Facilities
    •  Amenities: Follow rules for shared facilities(e.g., Restaurant, Common Area) and adhere to operating hours.
    •  Housekeeping: Allow housekeeping staff access to clean the room unless the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed.
    •  Property: Do not remove or misuse hotel property (e.g., towels, robes, electronics).
  5. Safety and Security
    •  Fire Alarms: Tampering with fire alarms or safety equipment is prohibited.
    •  Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items unless explicitly stated.
  6. Cancellation and Refunds
    •  Cancellation Policy: Follow the hotel's cancellation terms, which may vary depending on the booking type (e.g., non-refundable or flexible).
    •  Refunds: Refunds are subject to the hotel's refund policy, often based on the notice period given before cancellation.
  7. Other Policies
    •  Children: Adhere to the Hotel's policy regarding children, 01 Child upto 08 years per Room are free to stay without any additional Charges, Above that it will be on Chargeable basis.
    •  Events and Parties: Hosting parties or events in rooms may be restricted without prior approval.
    •  Outside Food and Beverages: Restrictions on bringing outside food and drinks into the premises.
